As CEO and founder of Impact 360 since 2021 Sam has grown the business from the ground up with over 12 years’ experience in the graphic installations industry.

Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to the business with many years’ experience working within design, print, graphics, hospitality fit-out, exhibitions & the events industries.

Ashley brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously worked as a legal secretary before taking a career break to raise her family. She now works flexible hours that allow her to balance her professional responsibilities with a busy family life. With strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, Ashley plays an important role in managing the accounts department. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and indulging in a spot of shopping.

Tom first joined Impact 360 in 2022 after a career change. Tom has learnt all aspects of installation and is now a great asset to our crew. Tom is always keen to impress and will go the extra mile to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with the final product. Outside of work Tom enjoys spending time with his young daughter, working out and taking part in running events.  

Ben brings an unrivalled knowledge to our installation team. He has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of branding and graphic installation along with being a qualified electrician. He has an extensive knowledge of all products within our sector and is always on hand for great advice to our clients to guide them through the installation process. Outside of work Ben enjoys spending time with his family and all things sport related.

Steve is our lead carpenter - Great for all our hoarding projects and bespoke builds. We have all faith when handing Steve a brief that he will deliver a great final product and with his knowledge and years of experience he is an invaluable member of the Impact 360 team. Outside of work Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and children and working on DIY projects around the house. 

With over 10 years of experience in the vinyl application and fit out industry, I’ve worked across a diverse range of projects, from wrapping airliners and yachts to offices, shop fronts, events and specialist graphic installations. My experience spans graphic fitting, full fit-outs and event work, giving me the ability to adapt quickly to different environments, materials and project requirements. I’m calm, collective and solutions-focused, with a practical approach to problem solving. Outside of work, I enjoy a simple life and have a genuine passion for sport. I’m also, unfortunately, a long-suffering Manchester United supporter.

Our newest member to Impact 360 Productions. A highly adaptable and dependable professional with a strong background in both client facing and support. Strong product knowledge, and the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
